Company Background
Intercity Build UK Ltd was established in 2012 by two partners, each with decades of building and refurbishment experience behind them and a passion for quality workmanship.
Based in Bristol, we predominantly work across the south west but are often found further afield as our clients include many large organisations with sites across the country.
Quality assured and no uncertainties
One or both founding partners manages every project. You have one principal senior point of contact who will ensure your project is completed to the highest standards, on time and within the agreed budget.
We provide fully qualified, audited professionals from every trade, including master bricklayers, plasterers, roofers, plumbers and electricians.
For example, for BM TRADA Q-Mark fire door installation we have 20 carpenters, each qualified and trained to this exacting standard. Each fitter is audited three times a year, with continuous professional development (CPD) in between.
Our Clients
The majority of our clients are in the south west of England, however we have participated on numerous projects across the UK.
Examples of those sectors in which we have recently carried out work are:
- Ministry of Defence : training camp refurbishments, rifle range regeneration and new groundworks
- Health Care Sector : residential homes & installation of fire doors and disabled facilities
- Education Sector : new school building work & refurbishing existing, school blocks and recreation areas
- Leisure Sector : sports and holiday accommodation upgrades and improvements
- Commercial Sector : office refurbishments, relocations, fire door installation
- Historic Building Sector : listed building maintenance work including masonry
