Refurbishments
We are experienced in refurbishing a wide range of different building types from offices and kitchens to shower blocks, WCs, army barracks and holiday chalets.
Typical refurbishment tasks include:
- rendering, plastering and water proofing
- roofing, flooring and internal carpentry
- electrical and plumbing work
- installation of fire doors – BM TRADA Fire Door Scheme certified*
Disabled Facilities Upgrades
We carry out a wide range of installations and upgrades to facilities for the disabled. Typical examples include:
- widen doorways and install ramps
- improve access to facilities, eg. install ground floor bathrooms
- installing stair lifts to upstairs
- adapt heating or lighting controls for easier use
Business Relocations
Typical examples include:
- adapting office layouts
- relocating business-critical equipment
- creating additional storage

This scheme is recommended by fire inspectors. It provides independent reassurance to specifiers and purchasers that all products are manufactured and fitted to a consistent quality and ensuring they perform as intended.
We have 20 carpenters qualified to this standard, each of who has ongoing testing and training.
